Digital Delivery Policy
Toolbox AI supplies online software and digital services. No physical goods or courier delivery are included in these services.
Activation timeframe
Standard software access is activated within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed and we have received the company and account information required for setup. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
We send access or activation instructions to the email address supplied with your order. Check your spam folder and contact us if nothing has arrived by the end of this timeframe. Payment alone does not necessarily produce instant access.
What you receive
Delivery consists of access to the agreed online system and licensed users, together with any setup or onboarding included in your accepted order. You need a suitable internet connection, a supported modern browser and access to your registered email inbox.
Custom development, migrations, integrations and training follow the milestones agreed in the relevant written quotation, rather than the standard activation window.
Delays or failed access
If information is missing or a delay prevents activation, we will explain what is needed and communicate an updated timeframe. If the agreed service cannot be delivered, our Refund Policy and your statutory rights apply.
